Re-entry programs are retooling their approach to focus on entrepreneurship as a means to remove employment barriers, a key factor in recidivism rates for ex-offenders. Austin’s Marshawn Feltus opened the area’s first yoga studio after learning the mind-calming exercise program while serving an 18-year prison sentence.
